Overview
Our project leads survey existing conditions against architectural drawings, finish schedules, and ceiling grids before any glass or aluminum is released for fabrication. We flag deflection, slab pitch, demising-wall offsets, and ceiling interface conflicts in writing so the GC and design team can resolve them up front — not after the truck arrives.
