Punch-list walk
Overview
We walk the floor with the GC and the design team, log every item, and close it out. Hardware is re-adjusted after the building cycles, gaskets are dressed, and glass is final-cleaned. Items that require a re-order — a wrong-handed lock, a scratched lite — are tracked to delivery and re-install in writing.
