Occupied-Floor Reconfiguration
Adding, removing, or relocating glass fronts on occupied tenant floors — phased after-hours work.

Featured Detail
Reconfiguration
Most reconfiguration work happens while the floor is in use. The scheduling is half the job.
We sequence reconfiguration work across after-hours and weekend phases, protect adjacent finishes during each phase, and turn finished spaces back to the tenant Monday morning. Re-glazing of demountable systems reuses existing panels wherever the new layout allows.
Coordination with the GC, drywall, electrical, and AV trades is managed in pre-construction meetings before the first weekend phase.

Can the floor stay occupied during reconfiguration?
