Fabrication & Hardware Prep
Custom glass cutting, aluminum extrusion fabrication, hardware pre-prep, and shop quality check.

Featured Detail
Fabrication
Pre-prep at the shop is what keeps the field schedule clean.
Glass is cut to drawing tolerances, edges polished or worked to specification, and tempered or laminated as the assembly requires. Aluminum extrusions are cut, finished, and pre-prepped for hardware. Doors are pre-prepped for closers, locks, and electric strikes before delivery.
Every assembly gets a shop quality check before crating and delivery.

Frequently asked
Why prep hardware at the shop?
Field-prepping doors slows installation and risks errors. Shop prep is faster, more accurate, and lets the field crew focus on installation, not fabrication.
